Luckily most of the 'bad e-mail' goes to my hotmail account and I know what to look for. Some of they e-mails I receive could easily be mistaken for a bank e-mail. They have one for every bank and it would not surprise me if they get people falling for the scams. A rule of thumb would be to say, never respond to an e-mail from your 'bank' period.
